The biggest selling point for users was the ease of using the platform to complete real estate transactions. Most were happy with the ability to go back and retrieve vital documents as needed. Some users had trouble with getting government entities to accept DocuSign signatures due to their rigorous standards.
Some also had a problem with the quality of service received when they reached out directly to customer support. The sheer lack of recent information about the company makes it hard to recommend them as a viable business solution.
There is no way to confirm that the features that customers enjoyed two years ago still function the same, especially with the rapid pace of software development.
Overall DocuSign is better hands down. But free speaks to me so I started using digital ink. Not to mention I just feel like there is no reason why we should be paying for so many services outside our membership, but that's a different post or rant.
After today I may be going back to DocuSign. Had an issue with zipform email bouncing and their support weren't able to help. At present, I am using Digital Ink. I strongly suggest keeping a very tight rein on your costs. To this end, you have already paid for Digital Ink and you will incur no additional charges by using it.

Ryan Kohn about 4 years ago. Good morning Christopher, I cant speak to either of these, I have used docusign and it was ok as a trial but Free is King. Its pretty convenient, not only as digital signatures but as a place to keep up with all of your documents for a transaction as well as some accounting roles.
Send the same document for signatures to multiple clients and the can sign at the same time. Every form needed has so far been there for me and over all has been a great tool.
